Couple + Family Coaching

Strained communication, heightened emotions, and growing distance can make relationships feel heavy.

Couples and family therapeutic coaching offers a supportive path forward by combining nervous system awareness, secure-functioning principles, and compassionate communication to help restore trust and connection.

Closeness isn’t the problem,

unhealed attachments are

You’re not broken, your nervous system is using learned patterns from past experiences that are still shaping how you respond today. Together, we untangle the old stories and build a relationship that can hold both of your hearts. By holding both hearts, the connection feels like a homecoming rather than a battlefield.

Signs Your Relationship May Need Support:

  • Conversations turn into arguments, silence, shutdowns, or misunderstandings. Simple topics become difficult to navigate.

  • You feel emotionally distant, unheard, or unsure how to reconnect. Even when you’re together, it feels like you’re not fully seeing each other.

  • The same conflicts resurface again and again, even when you try to do things differently.

  • One person in the relationship may shut down, while the other escalates or pursues the partner who shut down.

  • Roles feel blurred or rigid. It may be difficult to set boundaries, honor autonomy, or understand each other’s needs without conflict.

  • We over-function while others under-function, take responsibility for feelings that are not ours, and confuse caretaking with connection.

The Path to Repair

Couples: Schedule a Weekend Intensive

A two day relational reset and reconnection experience. This intensive is designed for couples who want more than weekly conversations. It is for partners who are ready to slow down, understand each other deeply, and build a relationship that feels safe, connected, and workable in daily life.

Over the course of two full days, you will gain insight into why you relate the way you do, how your nervous systems respond to stress and closeness, and how to create clear agreements that support both of you.

All couples require a 15-minute consultation prior to the intensive.

Client Testimonial:

“When we first met Sarah, our relationship had disintegrated, but there was hope for restoration.

We spent over a year working with her,  which included a few significant bumps in the road!  Sarah was able to meet us where we were, no matter where that happened to be. She seamlessly adjusted to our individual and couple needs. Her dynamic therapeutic approach was often needed.

The comfortable space Sarah offered allowed us to explore deeply rooted behaviors with honesty and understanding. With her gentle guidance, kind nudging, and enlightened reality checks, we began to feel safe enough to learn about and practice better communication and healthier behaviors.

We are forever grateful to Sarah for walking alongside us and helping us restore our love and marriage. It is a big comfort knowing she is there if we need a ’tune up’.”
