Sarah is a Certified Therapeutic Coach with advanced certifications in Somatic Therapy, Depth Psychology, Relationship and Intimacy Coaching, Martha Becks Life Coaching school, and Paradox Process Facilitation.
She has also completed LGBTQ-affirmative CBT training through Yale University, enhancing her ability to thoughtfully and effectively support diverse identities and relationship experiences with sensitivity and insight.
Sarah is a wife and a mother to four beautiful children. Outside of her professional work, she finds joy in disco balls, roller skates, karaoke, and moments of collective celebration and connection.

With families, she facilitates compassionate conversations that address trauma, repair relational disruptions, and help each person feel seen, heard, and valued. Grounded in empathy and clarity, Sarah’s work strengthens trust, deepens connection, and supports long-term relational health.
